On iPhone the practical route is Safari, not the App Store. Viewer apps in the store have a short and unreliable lifespan.
Why App Store viewers keep vanishing
Apps that scrape Instagram sit awkwardly against both Apple's review rules and Instagram's platform terms. They get pulled, re-listed under new names, and pulled again — which is why the app you used last year is often gone.
