Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Watcholy. Read section 4 in particular — it covers what the service may not be used for.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using watcholy.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Watcholy.
2. What the service does
Watcholy lets you view publicly accessible Instagram story content without appearing in the viewer list, create rules that save that content to a private archive, and analyse the follower and following lists of accounts you own.
Watcholy is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
3. Pricing
Watcholy is currently free to use. All you need is an email address to create an account.
If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will notify you in advance and you will never be charged without opting in.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Watcholy to harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any person.
You may not attempt to access private accounts or content that is not publicly available.
You may not use the service to infringe copyright, or to redistribute, resell, or publish content you save without the rights to do so.
You may not resell, sublicense, or provide automated bulk access to the service.
You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction and with the terms of any third-party platform you interact with.
5. Content you save
Content saved through Watcholy belongs to its original creators. Your archive is for personal reference only.
We may remove content and suspend accounts in response to valid rights-holder complaints.
6. Availability
Watcholy depends on third-party platforms that may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, retrieval of every story, or continued support for any particular feature.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create legal risk, with or without notice.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
