Deleted and edited Instagram posts
You cannot retrieve a post that was deleted before you saw it. What you can do is capture posts as they appear, so a later deletion or edit is obvious.
How detection works
Each scan records the public posts on an account. When a post present in an earlier scan is missing from a later one, it was removed. When the caption changes between scans, it was edited.
Honest limits
This is forward-looking only. Anything deleted before your first scan is gone, and no tool can legitimately recover it.
